Healthy Life = Happy Life
I don't know about you all, but the mornings I get up and do an exercise or something I feel 10x better then attempting to get an extra 5 minutes of sleep. Whether it is going for a walk, doing some stretches, yoga, anything. Buy getting up and moving your wakening your mind and body and your making the first healthy decision of the day. My body feels better after doing some sort of exercise and my mind is clear and not as uptight as it would be if I didn't do a work out. I also like to put 2-3 drops of: breathe, peppermint, wild orange, grapefruit (choose 1) in the shower, on the floor. The steam allows the oil to transfer up and almost feels like a sauna, this really gets me awake and energized as well as emotionally ready for the day. I am a firm believer that if you are living healthy, (everyone has their own term of healthy so you use yours) then you will be a happy and healthier person.
